About this policy
Safe See, Inc. operates safeseeinc.com and provides safety consulting, training, and trucking route-intelligence services for businesses throughout the United States.
This policy explains how we handle information associated with our website and service inquiries. Our website is being developed to support customer accounts, individual route-review purchases, memberships, private document uploads, and shipment-related services. Features described as planned are not currently available.
Information you provide and how we use it
Our contact form collects your name, email address, and message. We use this information to respond to inquiries, discuss requested services, and provide customer support.
When you request consulting or route-review services, you may provide additional business, vehicle, route, or shipment details. We use those details to evaluate and fulfill your request. Only provide information you are authorized to share, including information about customers, drivers, shippers, or receivers.
Do not send passwords, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, or unrelated sensitive information through the general contact form.
Planned document uploads and AI processing
We intend to allow customers to submit rate confirmations and related documents for route-review services. These documents may contain pickup and delivery addresses, appointment times, shipment references, business contacts, and financial or commercial details.
The planned service will use AI-assisted extraction to identify information relevant to the requested service. AI results can contain errors and will require verification before they are used for route planning.
Customer access to uploaded documents is intended to be restricted to the submitting customer and authorized SAFE SEE personnel. Hosting, storage, and AI providers may also process information as necessary to operate the service.
Before accepting uploads, we will implement and test access controls and update this policy with the selected providers, relevant processing practices, and retention details. Document uploads and AI processing are not currently enabled.
Planned accounts, payments, and tracking
We intend to offer individual paid route reviews and tiered memberships. When implemented, these services may require account information, subscription records, and transaction details processed through a selected payment provider.
Shipment tracking and location-based features may involve shipment status, delivery information, or vehicle location. We will describe the actual information collected, who can access it, and available controls before enabling those features. This policy does not mean that live location tracking is currently operating.
Website and service providers
We use Hostinger for website hosting and Gmail to receive contact-form inquiries. Information passes through these providers as needed to operate the website and handle correspondence.
Our website also contains an embedded map. Loading or interacting with third-party content may disclose connection information, such as an IP address and browser information, to its provider. Hosting services and website components may use technical logs or cookies for their operation.
We have not intentionally enabled visitor analytics or connected Hostinger Reach for email marketing. This does not mean that the website or its service providers collect no technical information.
Provider processing is also subject to the applicable provider’s terms and privacy practices. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, or protect against fraud and misuse.
Information retention
We retain inquiries and service records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, provide services, maintain required business records, and resolve disputes.
Retention depends on the record’s purpose and applicable obligations. We will review information and delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable requirements and backup-retention cycles. Provider-held copies may follow the provider’s own retention terms.
Privacy questions and requests
You may contact us to ask about your information, request a correction, or request deletion:
We may need to verify your identity or authority before fulfilling a request. Some information may need to be retained for applicable legal obligations or legitimate ongoing service needs. We will explain relevant limitations when responding.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page and its revision date when our information practices change. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
